Connection in the Community

Mens Talk
Men’s Talk is a Western Australia-based initiative dedicated to mainstreaming conversations around men’s mental health and masculinity. Starting as a small fundraising group in 2019, it has grown into a key player with events like Swim For Life, now in its 7th year in 2025, raising funds and awareness for men’s wellbeing. It focuses on education, community engagement, and strategic partnerships to address the complexities of male help-seeking behaviours, with 46-49% of Australian men avoiding help due to stigma.
